I am a fashion writer and Central Saint Martins alumnus with particular interests in the crossover between fashion, art and food.
A former Editorial Assistant at Glass magazine, I have also contributed seasonal collection and show reports to LOVE magazine, often working to fast turnaround deadlines. My writing is always authentic and well-informed, supported by intensive research and ingenuity. I am experienced at producing longer features and interviews, as well as shorter profiles, reviews, news stories, podcasts and panel discussions.
During the past few years, I have interviewed a wide range of designers, artists, stylists, writers and food and fashion enthusiasts. From fashion designers Bradley Sharpe and Richard Malone to New York Times reporter Elizabeth Paton and Fashion and Social Justice Activist Hannah Stoudemire.
While studying for a BA Fashion Journalism degree at Central Saint Martins, which I graduated from in 2021, I also undertook a five-month Editorial Press Internship at Alexander McQueen. This provided me with valuable insight into the relationship between a global fashion brand and the media.
In the summer of 2021, I founded GORGE magazine, a bi-annual print publication that tucks into and celebrates the crossovers of food and fashion. The first issue has been entirely written, edited and art directed by myself and includes interviews with legendary stylist Simon Foxton, Chef Jackson Boxer and fashion industry front-runner, Julian Vogel. GORGE is a labour of love that I aim to further develop in the future.
